At the time of the amendment of current Chinese Civil Procedural law, it is necessary that we make an observation on the special characters of Chinese traditional civil trails and its inherent dexing with deep root of historical culture. At the same time, based on the above comprehension and insight of the traditional and modern factors reflected in the current civil procedural law, this article makes a forecast on how the future civil procedural law transmits the dexing, its developing trend and the route of this reformation.
