The author deeply analysed the system defect in the implementation of hearing of price in our country with full and accurate material. After reviewing the foundation and value of hearing of price in accident, the penster gave us some advice that we should focus on strengthening the transparency of manipulation and the impartiality of procedure on perfecting the system of hearing of price in our country.
