摘要：

十九大胜利召开后,加强党内政治文化建设成为巩固全面从严治党成果的现实需要,体现了执政党加强自身建设的理论自觉。从政治责任视角看,党内政治文化建设与其肩负促进经济社会发展、维护民族团结和捍卫人民利益等政治责任是内在一致的,二者具有互为因果的正向效应。为了顺利实现阶段性政治目标,保持先进性、高度团结和自我净化理应成为党内政治文化生成的核心要素。具体而言,保持先进性是党内政治文化生成的基本前提,高度团结是党内政治文化生成的存在之基,而自我净化则是党内政治文化生成的内在要求。

  • After the 19 th CPC National Congress,strengthening political and cultural building within the Party has become the realistic demand of consolidating the achievements of full and rigorous governance over the Party,and reflects the ruling party's theoretical consciousness of strengthening its own construction. From the perspective of political accountability,the political and cultural building within the Party and the political accountability of advancing economic and social development,maintaining national unity and defending the interests of the people are a unity with positive impacts on each other.To smoothly realize the phased political goal,maintaining the Party's advanced nature,highly unity and self-purification must be the core elements of the formation of political culture within the Party.Specifically,maintaining the Party's advanced nature is the basic premise; highly unity is the foundation; self-purification is the internal requirement.
