On the basis of reviewing the history of meaning autonomous principle, this paper is to discuss, from the aspect of economic law, the relations between the market economy and meaning autonomous as well as the significant role of establishing the mature market economy in China, and to elaborate comprehensively the legislation and practice on the meaning autonomous principle in China.
