The change of road and shipping transportation pattern and the development of transportation in the Three Gorges Area have ensured the social and economic development of this area. However, all sorts of public order problems of road or shipping transportation have hindered the development of the area. Because of the specific characteristics of this area, proper and effective countermeasures should be adopted to solve these problems, otherwise they will not only hinder the economic development of this area but also destroy our image in the world.
