Market-oriented economy belongs in the scope of productive relation and economic crime comes out of e- conomic development.Both of them are closely correlated.In terms of the entire social institutions,the market-oriented economy has its animated power that pushes forwards the on-gonging orientation of the economy according to the law of the market economy,which is past compared with the planned economy and which,nevertheless,leads to the constant increasing of the economic crime in its types and numbers.
