The idea of rule of law in the western was originated in the ancient Greece.Aristode was deeply influ- enced by the seven sages and Plato.He enriched and expanded these theories.If we say that the successors such as Aquinas,Harrington and Hayek of Aristotle have,one by one,floor by floor,build a fantastic,skyscraper of theory, then Aristotle is the one who builds the base of it.
