中国加入 WTO,既是一种机遇,也是一种挑战,在 WTO 的23个协议长达492页文件中,只有27页涉及企业,而其余均与政府有关,因此,可以说加入 WTO 后受冲击最大的是政府而不是企业,检察机关作为我国的主要执法机关如何面对机遇与挑战,职务犯罪侦查部门面对新的形势应如何开展侦查工作可以说都是一个不容回避的十分严峻的课题。

  • China entering into the WTO is both an opportunity and a challenge.Among 492 pages of the WTO's 23 agreements,there are only 27 pages related to the enterprise while the others connected with the government.It concludes that Chinese entering into the WTO will have more impact on Chinese government.Facing this situation, therefore,it is an important problem now that how does the criminal investigation department carry out its work.
