20世纪50年代兴起的规范逻辑,是在类比真势模态逻辑的基础上产生的,由于其与法律规范及道德规范领域的实际规范严重脱节,使得在此基础上构建的各种规范逻辑系统均遇到了各种难题。从法律逻辑学的视角来看,规范逻辑要应用于现实的法律规范,必须结合法律规范的实际诠释规范词的涵义。

Because the deontic logic whick rose in 1950s based on analogy alethic logic disjointed the legal norms and moral norms seriously, it made kinds of systems of deontic logic constucted on it come in dilemma. To apply it to the practical legal norms, Deontic logic must combine withe the practicality of the legal norms to explain the meaning of the deontic operators from the legal logic scope.
