摘要：

社区党建是党的建设的重要立足点。要推进城市社区党建工作,就必须实现城市社区党建管理体制从"条块分割"向"以块为主,条块结合"的转变,必须想方设法扩大党的基层组织和基层工作的覆盖面,必须通过教育培训、严格考核、交流等措施提高社区党组织干部队伍整体素质,同时积极探索流动党员教育管理的有效方法,并不断实现社区党建工作组织方式和活动方式的创新。

  • Party construction at community level is the most essential foundation in the cause of the whole Party's construction. In order to pushing forward to the construction of the Party in urban areas, it inevitable to change the status quo of "separate division" of the urban construction into combination of "integrated first , separate second" and it is necessary to find every means to expand the coverage of the Party's organization and construction at local levels. Our candidate carders and working leaders at the local levels should receive proper training, rigid examination, or transference as a way of exchange of carders so that they can be elevated in their individual quality, and at the same time we should make every effective means of training our Party members and persistently realize our working and organizational approaches to creativity of Party's construction at community levels.
