"治道"作为中国思想史中本有的概念,其广义的指涉范围包括了中国古代学者们针对如何治理国家的问题所提出的理论、学说、思想等构成的以"治国平天下"为宗旨的知识体系,而其论说范围意味着"(理想的)'治'如何可能"的问题本身。古代思想家们从不同的层面、角度表述了其各自所理解的"治道",并非基于相同的支点命题预设。

  • Through the probe of the concept of "the Ruling Doctrine" inherent in the Chinese Traditional ideological history, this essay thinks that the concept broadly contains the theoretical system composed of the theory, doctrine and thought which were put forward by the Chinese ancient scholars on how to conquer and rule the country. Furthermore, this system also expounds the problem itself that "how the (ideal) Ruling'comes true". The ancient thinkers argued at the different levels and angles that what they each comprehended about "the Ruling Doctrine" was not based on the same supporting propositional hypothesis. On the basis of analysing the traditional "Ruling Doctrine", this essay goes further into the possibility that the Chinese traditional "Ruling Doctrine" can be studied by and for the administrative philosophy.
