The constitution is a cardinal law. The modification of constitution should be prudent and satisfy its intrinsic requirement. At present, the following four problems should be emphasized: the first is that the private property right ought to be stipulated clearly in the constitution, and the second is that the right to strike should be recollected into the constitution.
