通过对一些西方大国"人道主义干涉"的正当性和合法性的分析,可以看出,所谓的"人道主义干涉"既不具有正当性,也找不到能证明其合法性的法律依据,而只会给国际社会带来更多不安定因素,并不能真正实现保护人权的目的。

This article analyzes the legitimacy and legality of humanitarian intervention, and points out that Humanitarian Intervention cant meet the standard of legitimacy and legality and will bring more unstable factors to international society. Therefore, humanitarian intervention cant realize the purpose of protecting human right.
