在厘定西方自由观的基础上,先秦儒学思想中所蕴含的政治自由维度可从两方面进行梳理,无论是在政治运作模式的构想上,还是在对个体具有自由选择能力的肯定上,先秦儒学都为政治自由思想的生成和发挥提供了可能。这一分析能使我们对政治儒家和学术儒家予以适度的分离,以利于对传统思想的客观认知与合理借鉴。

On the basis of collating the Western conception of freedom, this essay cards the political freedom ideas contained in the Confucianism of PreQin Dynasty from two aspects, that is, either in constructing the political operation mode or in affirming the individual's ability of freedom choice, the Confucianism of PreQin Dynasty made it possible for the political freedom ideas to emerge and develop. Through this analysis, we appropriately differentiate the political Confucians from the learned Confucians in order that the traditional thought can be objectively understood and reasonably used for reference.
