At present,regarding philosophy and its development,a certain gap exists between the west regions and the economically and culturally developed legions in the country.To analyze the fact,that philosophy is back ward in the west regions,should focus not only on the present material production and the orientation of economic development,but also on the factors of history,cultural tradition and academic development.
