The conflict of the intellectual property right is different from that of the relation of the other international civil cases.The conflict of the intellectual property fight comes into being together with the existence of the relevant regu- lations,having its varieties in its forms.Both the extension and content of the conflict of the intellectual property fight are not merely influenced with the status quo of the development in science and technology,but also related with the conflict of the interests in different countries.
