我国多法域格局的存在以及区际法律冲突的产生是我国区际司法协助的前提条件 ;在开展区际司法协助的过程中存在着历史性的、政治上和法律上的障碍 ,但相互开展司法协助亦具有许多可行因素 ,从而使各法域间的司法协助具有现实可能性 ,而且各法域也正在积极地尝试和探索。

The existence of multi-scope-law pattern and the occurrence of conflicts of inter-regional laws are the preconditions to the inter-regional judiciary assistance in China. In the process of developing the inter-regional judiciary assistance, there exist barriers in history, politics and laws. Nevertheless, developing inter-regional judiciary assistance possesses many feasible factors. Therefore, the inter-regional judiciary assistance between different scopes of law possesses the possibility of realization and different scopes of law are actively attempting and exploring.
