The overlap, conflict and ambiguity of legislation frequently block the enforcement of the China's arbitration award concerning foreign factors. This article, from the necessary and present perspective of China's arbitration award system concerning foreign factors, tries to have some rational analysis of the enforcement system of China's arbitration award concerning foreign factors, with emphasis upon the identification criteria of China's arbitration award concerning foreign factors and some systematical problems of its enforcement.
