面对涉外法律人才匮乏的现状以及传统法学教学模式与涉外法律人才培养目标的冲突,本文通过将广泛应用于理工类院校的"产学研"模式与涉外法律人才培养相结合,提出了一套全新的实践课程教学模式,主张将实践课程的授课内容与学生参与实践的内容相结合,旨在培养出适应当今社会需求的涉外法律人才。

Facing the present situation of lack of foreign-related legal talents,conflict of culture and the traditional teaching mode of law and foreign law talents,this paper will be widely used in science and engineering colleges "production,study and research" mode and foreign-related legal personnel training combined,and put forward a new practice teaching mode,curriculum teaching practice should be the content and the students participating in practice combining content,aiming to cultivate the foreign legal talents to meet the needs of today's society.
