The present study conducts a comparative study of the examination of education at home and abroad from a historic perspective,and elaborates that it is necessary to supervise exams by law. We shall actively and steadily carry out the reformation of supervising exams by law and improve the relevant legislative works based on the current situation in China and the experience learnt from history and abroad.
