摘要：

提出假设,构建理论模型,设计测量量表,且有效回收263份问卷,并结合结构方程模型进行了路径分析,开展以专业技能为中介变量的管理者行为对建筑工人不安全行为的影响。研究表明:管理者行为会明显影响到建筑工人不安全行为,且专业技能是重要而不可或缺的中介变量,其中管理行为对专业技能有显著影响,专业技能对建筑工人的服从性行为和参与性行为有显著影响,设计行为对专业技能没有显著影响。最后,提出管理者应定量化安全承诺指标、完善平安卡制度、建筑业农民工"工人化"等管理措施。该研究成果弥补了现有研究仅考虑安全知识和安全动机两个中介变量的不足,有助于人的不安全行为管理理论体系的完善,也有助于建筑安全管理实践更具针对性。

  • This paper puts forward a hypothesis,constructs the theoretical model,designs the measuring scale and obtains 263 questionnaires,and then does path analysis combined with the structural equation model.The results show that management behavior has a significant impact on unsafe behavior of workers,that professional skills are important and indispensable intermediate variables and that management behavior has a significant effect on professional skills.Professional skills have a significant effect both on obedience and participatory behavior of building workers and design behavior has no significant impact on professional skills.In the end,the paper puts forward that managers should quantify the index of safety commitment,improve security card system and the safety training system of construction migrant workers.The research results make up the blemish of existing researches only considering the two intermediary variables of safety knowledge and motivation,which can help to perfect the unsafe behavior management theory system and improve the pertinence of constructual practices of safety management.
