摘要：

1939—1940年江西战区巡回审判经费由江西省政府与江西高等法院共同筹措,经费主要由巡回审判员役薪饷和办公费构成。战时紧缩政策下,无法收收入的巡回审判员役薪俸的优厚,体现了国民政府对巡回审判推事的优待与其独立审判的肯定。办公经费足额发放与充足有余,以及旅费的一枝独秀,表明战区司法经费管理与使用成效显著,这些都给予现代司法经费的筹措与管理一些有益的启示。

  • The funds of the circle trial were raised by the government of Jiangxi province and Jiangxi high court in Jiangxi theater during 1939- 1940. The funds funded mainly by the circuit judges service pay and office expenses. Under wartime austerity policy,the circuit judge service salaries without other income were well,which embodied the national government preferential treatment to the circuit judge and independent judicial affirmation. The office expenses paid in full and to spare,and the expense of the travel stood out,which showed that the management and use of the judicial funds in theater displayed effect. These are given to the modern judicial funding and management of some beneficial enlightenment.
