能量与信息同是哲学基本范畴,二者相互融合,相互转化。"微传播"大行其道后,基于其传播把关弱化、信息短小、受众庞杂和全民参与等特性,使其能量的聚合更加迅速而有力,如微博般的媒介成为正负能量博弈的首选平台,对个人和整个社会的发展都产生了不可估量的影响力,如何维护国家网络安全成了急需解决的问题。

Both "information" and "energy" are basic categories of philosophy which can fuse and transform into each other.The "micro-communication" has many features,such as its weak guardians,brief information,numerous audiences and universal participation,which lets its energy gather faster and stronger since the "micro-communication" gets more popular.Meanwhile,the media as micro-blog has become the preferred platform of the positive and negative energy,which had an enormous influence on individual and social development.How to keep our national internet safe has become a problem.This paper will analyze how the energy communicate through the "micro-communication" based on the micro-blog platform and how to guide and regulate the "micro-communication" in order to protect our national network security and promote democracy,civilization,social harmony and development.
