论文首先对国内外法庭话语的研究历程进行了简要的概述和总结,指出法庭话语的研究经历了从形式到过程再到工具的三个发展阶段,最后指出目前法庭话语研究中存在的问题,并对未来研究进行了展望。

  • This article starts with a general overview of the courtroom discourse study at home and abroad,stating that the courtroom study can be diachronically divided into three periods: the study on form and structure,the study on interaction,the study on power as a tool,and then it points out the existing problems in the study.Finally,the article gives some directions for future study.
