The right to informed consent is an important item of the relationship between doctors and patients,which is not only the patients' privilege,but also doctors' duty.The achievement of informed consent in medical services can promote harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.To ensure the implementation of right to informed consent,both doctors and patients' understanding on it,and corresponding legal system are needed.
